Rob Callow used to work in the City of London, with a hectic schedule and a stressful job that involved sitting in a desk much of the day. In 2007 he saw an opportunity to improve his lifestyle and to help others too!
He swapped from a sedentary office lifestyle to enabling business people regain their fitness and health. Asides from fitness and nutrition training Rob saw the value in educating people in how the right diet and exercise can transform their lives and their wellbeing. Today Rob is a qualified fitness and nutritional instructor with over 15 prestigious qualifications ranging from Premier Training Diploma in Personal Training and Sports Massage and Premier Training Diploma in Lower Back Pain & Exercise Referral.
